Join us at Brisbane Central as we continue with our current series, The Sacred Space. This week Pastor Neli emphasises the solitude in the life of Jesus, and how it can benefit us as well. Solitude is not about being alone but finding moments to connect with God, seek His guidance, and reassess our life’s direction. It allows us to recognise the rhythm of life and find rest in the midst of life’s challenges. By practicing solitude, we can prepare ourselves for major tasks, build healthy relationships, and let God shape our character before seeking platforms or promotions. Solitude is a vital practice for finding strength, peace, and direction in our journey with God.
“Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” – Matthew 11:28-30 (ESV)
