Nearly at the end of our series Called Out, Pastor Neli this week focuses on our mandate, our purpose, our calling, and how easily we can get too comfortable in convenience. Jesus didn’t die on the cross to make life convenient. He died on the cross so we can shake off sin and live out our mandate. Will you stay in a place of convenience or will you worship God and understand that he has called you for much greater things?
He, however, shook off the creature into the fire and suffered no harm. They were waiting for him to swell up or suddenly fall down dead. But when they had waited a long time and saw no misfortune come to him, they changed their minds and said that he was a God.
