Join us as we continue our new series, “Neighbours”. Henry Peterson continues with the parable of the Good Samaritan but then takes a look at our heart when it comes to engaging our neighbours. What opportunities are we missing out on when we struggle with our thoughts and our heart? Will we go to where our neighbours are to see them for what they’re going through, to have the compassion for them ignited in us, so that action and movement can happen towards them? How are you engaging with your neighbours?
But a Samaritan, as he journeyed, came to where he was, and when he saw him, he had compassion. He went to him and bound up his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he set him on his own animal and brought him to an inn and took care of him.
