We begin our new series, Cross Words, as we go over the words that Jesus mentioned on his way to the cross. We start this week with Not My Will But Yours as Pastor Neli takes us to the Book of Luke and shows us the customs of Jesus’ disciples. What we become accustomed to and what becomes our natural traditions will eventually emerge in times of pressure, therefore develop godly customs.
“And he withdrew from them about a stone’s throw, and knelt down and prayed, saying, ‘Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.'”
