Jesus’ picture of heaven is a feast and with the embracing of Jesus Christ we are coming into the banquet which has been already prepared for us. How many of us have been invited but we’ve been hindered by our excuses? When we start to value our stuff more than Jesus Christ, His banquet no longer looks appetizing. We must remember, in the presence of God, there is the fullness of joy.
