Join us at Logan as we continue with our current series, Firm Foundations. This week Pastor Henry reminds us that true leadership and discipleship aren’t about seeking status or recognition, but about walking in humility and serving others with a heart like Jesus. In a world that often chases titles and positions, Jesus invites us to lead by laying down our pride and picking up the posture of a servant. Whether at work, home, or in your community, know that every act of service—big or small—has eternal value when done with love and obedience.
But Jesus called them to him and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. It shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave, even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” – Matthew 20:25-28 (ESV)
