We should address our conflicts directly by gathering at the table with scripture, prayer, and wise counsel rather than shrinking back or allowing bitterness to take root. Conflict is not a sin. When handled with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, hard conversations and healed scars can ultimately multiply God’s mission and serve as powerful testimonies of His grace.
